New Construction Process

Authorizing our agreement will allow our installation department to coordinate with your jobsite personnel to schedule the electronic installation of the remote meter monitoring equipment. This installation generally occurs in two to three stages:

The first stage occurs as the initial buildings are nearing completion and release for occupancy. At this time we are generally able to install one-third to one-half of the the project as enough of the infrastructure is in place in additional buildings to accommodate the additional electronic installation.

The second stage occurs when buildings that did not receive radio read electronics in the first stage are preparing to be released for occupancy. At this time either the full installation of the remainder of the electronic equipment will take place or a third stage will be scheduled to complete the process. For projects in excess of 500 units, additional stages will be required.

Next, installation begins on schedule with highly trained professional installers. Pre-programming of each unit prior to installing the meter allows for minial time intrusion. Completion of the electronic installation occurs at the first unit entry. No further entry into the unit is required once initial installation is complete.

Upon completion, you are provided with a meter reading report to evidence 100% reading of the sub-meters and electronic equipment. Our Customer Service Department will be available during normal business hours to assist in answering any questions and help resolve any concerns you have.

Your property is now ready to begin the billing process. We read automatically, bill directly and collect promptly all water and sewer bills.

Retrofit Construction Process

Authorizing our agreement and providing a deposit will allow our installation department to make a comprehensive site inspection and provide a final installment price and an installation start date:

  1. We provide your management and maintenance staff with a schedule for installation.
  2. We meet with your management and leasing staff to provide training, develop billing format, and provide answers to questions.
  3. Installation begins on schedule with highly trained professional installers. Pre-planning of each unit prior to installing the meter allows for minimal time intrusion. Completion of the meter installation and wiring occurs at the first unit entry. No further entry into the unit is required once initial installation is complete.
  4. We act as a liaison with all governmental agencies. Our licensed and insured plumbers will pull all necessary permits and schedule all inspections.
  5. Our Customer Service Department will be available during normal business hours to assist in answering any questions and resolve any concerns.
